2023 Honda Accord Touring Price, Review, Release Date

2023 Honda Accord Touring Price, Review, Release DateLike last year, the 2023 Honda Accord Touring is offered in Lx and Sport, EX, and Touring trims. Except for the Touring model, which comes standard with a more powerful 2.0-liter turbo-4 engine, all stages average with a 1.5-liter turbo-4. Sport and EX-L trims are also offered with the 2.0-liter engine. There is also a new Accord Hybrid available in the base model, EX, and Touring trims. The base model of the Accord Touring may be had for less than $25,000; however, the Touring model can cost up to $37,000.

Exterior Design

The 2023 Honda Accord Touring sneaked up on you while you weren’t looking, beating out the competition and earning top marks on our style-o-meter. The 2023 Honda Accord Touring isn’t just better than many of its rivals; it’s better than it needs to be since it does away with the bloated forms of its predecessor in favor of more muscular sport sedan shapes. The Accord Touring’s beak has a striking resemblance to that of its upmarket sibling, Acura. An eyebrow of chrome adorns the hood above the LED lights, while Sport trimmings tone it down in black. Most models feature a low, broad grille with body-colored sides surrounding the foglights.

If you choose the high-quality sound system option, the 2023 Accord Touring’s back seat is large enough for a dance party. The Accord Touring has a grand narrative in the tape for four adults. However, we have a problem: five seat belts clamored for our attention. In some configurations, the manufacturer classified the Accord Touring as a full-size vehicle. Power-adjustable front seats are standard on all bars of the base Accord Touring. We prefer the more expensive trims, which come with cloth and leather that are more durable than the cheaper base models.

We’ve already discussed the minimum requirements for an entry-level sedan, including a 7.0-inch touchscreen, automatic emergency braking, Bluetooth connectivity, and at least one USB port. A glaring omission of several competitors is the inclusion of smartphone connections in their entry-level versions. If you’re willing to shell out $28,700 for the EX, you get a remote start; 17-inch alloys, blindspot monitors, heated front seats, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, and two high-power USB ports.

$2,500 goes into a leather-covered steering wheel and shifter and an enhanced audio system, but the additional cost is offset by leather upholstery. The other $2,000 is due to the upgraded engine. Do you want to make a good impression on your neighbors? Adaptive dampers, 19-inch alloy wheels, a head-up display, heated and cooled front seats, premium audio and navigation, a wireless smartphone charger, and a sportier driving mode are just some of the features of the Accord Touring Touring. It costs over $37,000. It’s a premium vehicle in every way except for the logo on the front.

2023 Honda Accord Touring Engine

A trio of inline-4 engines keeps the 2023 Accord Touring’s fuel economy in check. The Accord Touring is a front-wheel-drive, inline-4-powered vehicle, unlike several competitors, such as the Toyota Camry and the Subaru Legacy. The 2.0-liter turbo-4 would be a step above the rest in terms of performance. For the most part, the front wheels are driven by a CVT (continuously variable automatic transmission); however, a 6-speed manual is also an option.

The standard 1.5-liter engine is designed for better acceleration off the mark, while the turbocharged engines may lag behind. Despite its frantic nature when traveling at highway speeds, the 1.5-liter turbo-4 cheerfully returns more than 30 mpg. Sport, EX, and Touring model levels include an available 2.0-liter turbo-4 that produces 252 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque and never feels flat on its feet.

The uprated turbo-4 is usually paired with a smooth 10-speed automatic, but a 6-speed manual transmission in Sport models is also available. (If you’re interested, act fast; we don’t think this deal will last long.) We estimate that the Accord Touring can hit 60 mph in about six seconds thanks to the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, also found in the hot Civic Type R model.

2023 Honda Accord Touring Price and Release Date

The base model of the 2023 Honda Accord Touring will cost $26,500. Aside from that, it may cost more than $30,000 to get the higher levels and other options. The official day of release is still a mystery to me. Reports are circulating that the latest version of the popular sedan will arrive in 2023. The Tokyo Auto Show may be the ideal venue for the vehicle’s launch.
