2023 Honda Ridgeline Redesign

Exterior Design

For the 2022 model year, Honda completely redesigned the Ridgeline, and the 2023 model will follow suit. There was a complete overhaul of the front end, including the grille, headlights, and bumpers. Only the 2023 Honda Ridgeline Changes body construction hasn’t changed since the 2017 model year. The Ridgeline comes with various wheel sizes, depending on the trim level you select.

As a result, the Ridgeline’s underside is the most vulnerable to scratching while driving over speed bumps or other obstacles. A prominent skid plate and wide side vents produce air curtains that guide air through the bumper and over the front tires and wheels to increase aerodynamic performance on the Honda.

Interior Design

The pickup’s interior was also reworked for the 2022 model year update. For the 2023 model, the Ridgeline’s already impressive cabin was further upgraded by a few modern features. New software and an all-new 8.0-inch infotainment screen are included in Ridgeline’s upgrade. This software’s enhancements delivered faster and more precise information to passengers. Additionally, the physical volume control was added.

Additionally, a high-quality dashboard was reworked. The Ridgeline was never a problem when it came to interior space. As a matter of fact, it provided the most legroom and comfort in its class. The Ridgeline’s payload capacity is also respectable. Additionally, the Ridgeline has a flat floor and 60/40-split rear seat bottoms that can be folded away.

Regarding cabin room, there’s no contest: The Ridgeline is the clear winner. Because of the additional shoulder room it provides, it will appear to be more spacious. The Ridgeline is more likely to seat five people comfortably, even if they’re not in the front or back rows. Both seats appear to be identical in size in the Ranger, with the only difference being that the rear row has less legroom.

2023 Honda Ridgeline Engine

Since its debut, the 2023 Honda Ridgeline Changes has always been powered by a 3.5L V6 engine. The Ridgeline’s 3.5L V6 engine remained the same in 2017 when Honda debuted the revised model; however, it was slightly modified. 280 hp and 262 lb-ft of torque exist now on tap. But when it came to power, Honda remained in the lower echelons of the chart compared to its rivals. Also, the towing capacity was abysmal. The Honda could only tow 5000 lbs, compared to other vehicles in this class that could pull 7000 lbs.

The same engine and ZF-9-speed automatic transmission will be used in the Ridgeline for 2023. Up to 70% of the vehicle’s power can be routed to the rear wheels using Honda’s Intelligent Variable Traction Management torque-vectoring AWD. The system can decide which rear wheels receive the most torque in the vehicle’s turning direction.
